Norstar Is Currently Hiring For The Following Positions:

 

SENIOR ACCOUNT REPRESENATITIVE

Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients for Unified Communications related solutions and service, pursuing both network and system hardware new sales opportunities, participating in client presentations and proposals, and closing of sale processes. The minimum qualifications include 3-5 year’s experience in a new sales role, 5 year’s experience in a solution based selling role, 5 years outside territory management skills, 3-5 years data networking, wide area networking, telephony, VoIP experience, knowledge of T1, Frame Relay, DS3, DSL, PSTN, Centrex, experience with Cisco, Avaya, Nortel or Shoretel solutions, and excellent sales, presentation and communication skills.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

NORSTAR Networks is looking for aggressive inside sales representatives. This is an opportunity to sell into a multi-billion dollar market in its infancy with a leading edge offering that customers become fanatical about. Must-haves are: aptitude for technology, enthusiasm, and a desire to win both individually and as part of a team. Prior telecom or technology sales experience is helpful, but not mandatory. In addition to the obvious need to close business with a mix of 60% provided leads and 40% self-generated ones, successful candidates will quickly grasp new technology and have quality organization skills (accurate pipelines and win-loss reporting are important).
